Unable to upgrade subscription plan

If you're having trouble upgrading your subscription plan, there are several common causes and solutions to try.
Common Solutions
Check your login method
Make sure you're logging in using the same method you used when you originally subscribed. If you signed up using "Continue with Google," Apple, or another login method, use that same option to access your account.
Verify payment method
Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds available. Payment failures due to insufficient funds can prevent upgrades from processing properly.
Renew cancelled subscriptions first
If you previously cancelled your subscription and it's in a pending cancellation state, you'll need to renew it before upgrading:
Go to the subscription page at https://super.myninja.ai/dashboard
Click "Renew subscription"
After renewal, you'll be able to upgrade your plan
Recent downgrades
If you recently downgraded your plan, the system may temporarily restrict upgrades. In this case, you'll need to contact support to have the upgrade option re-enabled for your account.
How to upgrade normally
When the upgrade option is available, follow these steps:
Log into your account
Click on your initials in the bottom-left corner
You'll see your current plan with an "Upgrade" or "Change plan" button
Click the button and select your desired plan
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
When to contact support
Contact support if:
You recently downgraded and need the upgrade option re-enabled
The upgrade button is greyed out or not clickable
You're getting error messages when trying to upgrade
Your payment was successful but you don't see the upgraded features
You can't locate your subscription after payment
When contacting support (support@ninjatech.ai), include information about your payment method (Stripe, PayPal, App Store, or Google Play) and any error messages you're seeing.
