How to upgrade your subscription from Google Play to a higher plan

If you originally purchased your legacy Ninja subscription through Google Play or App Store, you'll need to follow a specific process to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Google Play subscriptions don't support direct plan upgrades, so you'll need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe through our website.

Step 1: Cancel your Google Play subscription

First, you'll need to cancel your existing Google Play subscription. Note that our support team cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions for you - these are fully managed by Google.

To cancel your Google Play subscription:

  1. Visit https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

  2. Find your SuperNinja subscription

  3. Select "Cancel subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Step 2: Re-subscribe through our website

Once you've canceled your Google Play subscription, you can upgrade to any plan by subscribing directly through our website using your browser. This allows you to use Stripe or PayPal for payment processing.

Visit our pricing page and select the plan you want to upgrade to.
