When do my task credits refresh or reload?

Your SuperNinja credit balance resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The exact timing depends on your subscription type. Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
Monthly Plans
For monthly subscription plans, your task quota refreshes with your next billing payment. Credits reload on your monthly billing date, not at the beginning of each calendar month.
If you don't see your updated credits after your billing date, try clearing your browser cache and checking again. If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot of what you're seeing.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, you are provided a full year of credits upfront rather than monthly resets. When you subscribe to an annual plan, you receive your entire yearly allocation of tasks immediately:

Need More Credits Before Your Next Cycle?
If you've used up your allocated credits, you have a few options:
Purchase add-on credits — buy additional credit packs at any time without changing your plan. Larger packs include bonus free credits (see How to Buy Additional Tasks On-Demand)
Upgrade your plan — move to a higher tier to get more monthly credits
Wait for your billing cycle — your credits will reset automatically on your next billing date
