How to Create and Publish a Website with SuperNinja
Last updated: March 10, 2026
SuperNinja makes it easy to create a simple, beautiful website without coding. Follow these steps to design, review, edit, and publish your website.
1. Ask SuperNinja to Create a Website
You can start by giving SuperNinja a clear prompt. For example:
“Build a gaming news blog called "PixelPress." Purpose: deliver real-time gaming updates and in-depth review content. Core Features: - Breaking-news ticker + featured reviews carousel - Multi-author editorial workflow with drafts, approvals, and roles - Article pages with gameplay videos, screenshots, and interactive embeds - Search with autocomplete and relevance scoring - Comparison tool for game reviews (graphics, gameplay, story ratings) Visual Vibes: Bold, high-contrast gaming publication style. Colors: neon green, black, purple accents.”
SuperNinja will create its own virtual machine, save all website files there, and provide you with a link or the files.
2. Review Your Website
You have multiple options to see your website before publishing:
Via SuperNinja link – Click the link that SuperNinja shared.
Preview index.html in Workspace Files –
Open the
index.htmlfile in the Workspace Files. On the right side, you will see a live preview of your website.
You can also check the HTML code directly.
You can open the HTML file in your browser to see it as it will appear to visitors.

3. Edit Your Website
If you want to make changes, you can edit in the Workspace Files or in VS Code. Changes are saved automatically, and SuperNinja will have access to the updated files.
Click on VS Code the
index.htmlfile.Make your edits or roll back changes.

The Rollback button is located at the bottom of the previous task. This feature allows you to roll back to an earlier step in the task, which removes the last prompt and actions. After rolling back, you can ask SuperNinja to perform the task again.
When a rollback is applied:
All files on your computer will be restored to the state they were in at that time.
SuperNinja’s memory will reset to what it knew about your project at that point.

4. Deploy Your Website
Once satisfied with your website:
Open
index.htmlin SuperNinja.Click the Deploy button on the right side.
Or type in the prompt: “Deploy the website to production”.
Your website will go live, hosted on SuperNinja’s infrastructure (e.g., https://sites.super.myninja.ai/) at no extra cost. You can still make changes to the website by providing instructions in your prompt in the same chat.
You can use "Branch in a new thread" to continue working on the website in a fresh chat. In this case, SuperNinja will copy all files from the original workspace and transfer them to the new one.

We recommend pushing your project to GitHub to keep a backup. If needed, you can connect GitHub in a new chat, load the website files, and continue working from there.
Optional: You can connect a custom domain purchased from any registrar. First, deploy your site to get a stable SuperNinja URL. Then either:
Forward your domain to the SuperNinja URL, or
Update DNS records (CNAME/A) if self-hosting exported files.
This setup is reversible—you can change or remove the custom domain anytime. SSL is handled by NinjaTech for SuperNinja-hosted URLs; external hosts usually manage SSL themselves (e.g., via Let’s Encrypt).
No extra NinjaTech fees apply for using a custom domain—your costs are only your NinjaTech AI subscription (task-limited) and your domain/hosting provider.
If you need help setting up DNS, hosting, or connecting a custom domain, SuperNinja can provide step-by-step guidance, and the support team can review or clarify best practices.
5. Optional: Push to GitHub
You can also ask SuperNinja to push your website or code directly to GitHub. This makes it easier to manage your website versions and updates.
